What data we collect
When you request a quote or booking through the SafeTravelPass widget, WhatsApp, or the site's forms, we collect your name, contact number, email, and transfer details (origin, destination, date and chosen vehicle).
How we use your data
We use this information solely to coordinate your transfer, confirm availability, provide support during the service and, if you allow it, send you updates about routes and promotions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Who we share information with
The booking widget and payment processing are operated by SafeTravelPass, an external provider that receives only the data strictly necessary to manage your quote and booking. All other site content, images and data remain with Cartagena Transfers.
How long we keep your data
We keep contact and booking data while an active business relationship exists, or as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations, and delete it once it is no longer necessary.
